If you enroll in the coaching program, your enrollment agreement governs the program itself; these terms cover the public website and the application process that leads to it.
the50os.com describes The 50OS coaching program and lets you book a fit call to find out whether the next cohort is right for you. Booking a call is an application, not a purchase — we look at where you are and tell you honestly whether it's a fit. Nothing on this site is an offer to enroll you automatically.
The 50OS is built for licensed real estate agents. You must be at least 18 years old to book a call or enroll.
Results depend on the work you put in. Nothing on this site, on a fit call, or in the program is a promise of a specific number of deals, a specific income, or any other outcome. Past results from other agents are not a guarantee of your results.
The content on this site — including the text, scripts, protocols, and materials that make up The 50OS — belongs to The 50OS and may not be copied, distributed, or used to build a competing product without our written permission.
The site and booking process are provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, The 50OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
