This policy explains how The 50OS ("we," "us") handles information collected through the50os.com and the associated booking and application pages. The 50OS is operated by Ryan Colston.
If you go on to enroll in The 50OS coaching program, your enrollment agreement may include additional terms specific to the program. This policy covers the public website and the application/booking flow.
We do not knowingly collect more than we need to run the fit-call process and, for enrolled agents, the coaching program itself.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and the program — for example, our scheduling provider (Google Calendar), our email provider, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Each of these processes information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of The 50OS or others.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to run the fit-call process and, if you enroll, the coaching program — and for a reasonable period after, to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will remove you from future outreach.
The 50OS is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
